We provide fully automated facility and storage consisting of 21 CA chambers with a capacity of 5500 MT, Modified storage of 3000 MT & Frozen storage of 1500 MT.
Controlled atmosphere cold stores maintain low oxygen (O2) levels and high carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in the storage atmosphere combined with refrigeration for long term storage of fruits to maintain the freshness & ingredients of fruits.
1. Sorting- Detects visible surface defects on the fruits
2. Grading – Segregate based on texture, shape & size.
3. Repacking- Create sellable SKUs for better yield.
